Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The Prize
- The prize will be taken on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October 2017 by arrangement with Kelso Races Ltd and The Roxburghe Hotel.
Tickets:
- The Heather Trust Prize Draw is subject to the laws of Scotland and it is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
- The cost of each ticket and entry is £10.
- Tickets may be bought on the Heather Trust website, by phone or post.
- Purchasers of tickets, must be aged 16 years old or over. Anyone who is under 16 years old will automatically forfeit any prize and will be excluded from future entries.
- The Heather Trust reserves the right without notice or reason
to cancel or refuse entry to the Prize Draw.
- The Heather Trust's decision on all matters affecting the draw is final and legally binding.
- No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into.
- The winning ticket holder will be notified by telephone where a telephone number is available, or email if applicable.
- The Heather Trust would like to publish the name(s) of the winner(s) and reserves the right to do so, unless the winner expressly refuses consent for this.
- Heather Trust staff and their families are excluded from entering the Prize Draw.
The Draw
- The winning ticket will be drawn at random immediately after the close of The Heather Trust Country Market and Sporting Sale at Midday on Friday, 5th May 2017.
- The Heather Trust’s Prize Draw will be subject to the terms of a gambling/lottery licence approved by Dumfries and Galloway Council. The Heather Trust is required by the terms of the licence to submit a return within three months of the Draw.

this lottery is run under the
rules laid down by the Gambling Act 2005 ( www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk). - The Heather Trust Prize Draw is intended to be a fun way to support the Heather Trust and the vital work we do.
