2007. Signed and inscribed; BBC Radio Book of the Week Sunday
Times Biography of the Year for 2007, US National Book
Critics' Award for Biography in 2008.
3. Germany, Memories of a Nation by Neil
MacGregor, Allan Lane, 2014
4. The Armenian Massacres on Ottoman Turkey: a
Disputed Genocide, by Guenter Lewy, University of Utah Press,
2015.
