A four night short-break stay for up to 6 people in the four star self-catering Boathouse Cottage. Nestling at the foot of a wooded bank the cottage commands stunning views onto and across the river Tweed into Scotland. Located midway between the Cheviots and Lammermuirs this is the perfect centre for exploring North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. For a detailed description visit the cottage website. Standing in its own garden on the banks of Tweed, Boathouse Cottage is ideal for anglers, shooters or those who just wish to explore. Tweed fishing ends 30th November and starts again 1st February. Enjoying the area has no close season!
To be taken by arrangement with the donors between 4th November 2017 and 19 March 2018 (Christmas and New Year excepted).
PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
