A medium monthly meat box from the Blackface Meat Company. The contents change each month along with seasonal trends, so the contents may vary depending on when the successful bidder decides to redeem their purchase.
Below is an example of March’s Meat box contents:
1 x 1kg iron age pork shoulder
1 x ½ rack of our award winning Blackface Mutton
1 x pack of 4 Blackface mutton or Lamb chops
1 x 500g pack of real beef sausages
1 x pack of 2 Galloway Beef rump steaks (approx 227g ea)
1 x 500g of Wild diced goat
1 x 500g of diced seasonal game
It is also possible to create your own bespoke order, up to the value of £50.
Collection/delivery to be arranged with the donor.
PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
