The Hebridean Lamb are raised on Borland Farm, Glenshee, Perthshire and processed in Abernethy. The rare breed Hebridean Lamb has a distinctly unique flavor and has been described as the finest tasting lamb you can have.
One box of whole Hebridean Lamb contains: -

2 Boned and rolled shoulders

And either approximately 0.5kg of mince or diced lamb.
Delivery / Collection to be arranged with the donor.
PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
