The Highland Cattle are raised on Borland Farm, Glenshee, Perthshire and processed in Abernethy.The Highland Cattle Beef box contains assorted cuts of prime Highland Cattle Beef.
The contents of the hamper are: -
Sirloin, Fillet, Rib-eye & Rump Steaks; Topside & Silverside; Stewing & Braising Steak; Rolled Brisket, Mince, Sausages and Burgers.
Delivery / Collection to be arranged with the donor.
PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
