Hopetoun House is often referred to as Scotland’s Finest Stately Home and is a five-star Visitor Attraction. It is a remarkable and beautiful Georgian house set in majestic grounds laid out in the first half of the 18th Century.
The Hopetoun Ranger will take you on a walk through the 100 acres of grounds around Hopetoun House. This will take about an hour and you will discover a place of beauty, tranquility and architectural magnificence with nature trails and scenic viewpoints. Following your walk around the grounds of Hopetoun you will then enjoy afternoon tea for two in the delightful Stables Tearoom, a clever and sensitive restoration of the 18th Century Adam Stables transformed into a traditional tearoom complete with table service and a high quality contemporary menu.
Only a few miles from Edinburgh, you can escape to another world and soak up the timeless atmosphere within a spectacular setting.

PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
