Here is a great opportunity to bid on enough cleaned, treated heather seed to cover two hectares of moorland.
The real value of this Lot is that the seed is supplied by Geoff Eyre, who has offered to provide advice on the best way to prepare the ground prior to seeding. Geoff Eyre is always a mine of information and enthusiasm, and he has been pioneering new upland management techniques over the last thirty years.
The moorland community owes a great deal to Geoff's innovative, practical approach, and this Lot provides a chance to discuss moorland restoration with a leading figure in the field.
PLEASE NOTE: All successful bidders will be notified immediately on completion of the Sale by email. To secure the Lot, payment should be made within 7 days of the notification.
Payment can be made on the website through Paypal, these payments will be subject to a small surcharge. Alternative arrangements can be made to pay by cheque, payable to 'The Heather Trust', or by direct bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: To avoid causing difficulties for the donor, we expect the buyer to take up a lot at a mutually convenient date within twelve months of the Sale.
